Deal sourcing is a natural by-product of rigorous area intelligence. We analyse construction pipelines, validate contractor demand on the ground, model the BRRR economics, and build a shortlist of candidate properties in each area we target.

When we analyse a deal and find it passes our criteria — but we've already deployed capital in that cluster, or a better deal in the same area wins our allocation — we don't let that research go to waste.

We package the full analysis and offer the deal to investors in our network. You get the validated data, the property details, and the investment case. The decision is yours.
