BRR Deals
A Buy, Refurbish, Refinance (BRR) deal is a property investment strategy where an investor purchases a below-market-value or run-down property, renovates it to increase its value, and then refinances it based on the new, higher valuation. The goal is to pull out most or all of the initial investment, allowing the investor to recycle their capital into further deals. Once refinanced, the property is typically rented out to generate ongoing income. BRR is a powerful way to build a property portfolio quickly, as it combines value creation, equity growth, and smart financing to maximise returns with minimal long-term capital tied up.

R2R Deals
A Rent-to-Rent (R2R) deal is a property strategy where an investor secures control of a property - usually through a lease agreement - without owning it, and then rents it out at a higher rate to generate profit. The investor guarantees rent to the landlord while managing the property to create cash flow. R2R properties can be rented out as Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) or as Serviced Accommodation, depending on the strategy. With low upfront costs and no need for a mortgage, R2R is a popular way to enter the property market and generate strong monthly returns with minimal capital investment.

With a degree in Accounting & Finance, I’ve built a strong foundation in Financial Analysis and Structured Lending across some of Europe’s leading financial hubs. I began my career in Milan, working in Project Management before moving into Structured Finance, where I supported Corporate Clients with tailored financing solutions from €10M to €50M. Now based in London’s Canary Wharf, I work as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), focusing on complex transactions ranging from £25M to over £100M. So far, I’ve contributed to around £1 billion in deals across diverse financing structures. Today, I’m channeling this experience - and a real passion for Real Estate - into helping investors uncover and seize exceptional property opportunities.
